Default Which wireless router should I buy ?

I have a BSNL broadband connection which I wish to change to a wireless network in my home for my laptop. I understand that I need to purchase a Wireless Router but am very much concerned about security and from various posts on this forum have come to know that the wireless router must be WPA2-AES enabled.

Modem : Dataone UT300R2 (given by BSNL)
    Operating System : Windows 7
Laptop Model : Dell Inspiron 15

My query is regarding the best wireless router with WPA2-AES support I can purchase in the market to achieve my objective. I have heard about Linksys and Netgear routers and would like to know from other users which models they would recommend.

I am AR800V v3.0 modem cum router from BSNL. It costs Rs. 80 per month rent or Rs. 1,800 for outright purchase. I have WPA2 in my modem and quite satisfied about the performance. If you are not particular about 3rd party routers, try to get on from BSNL.
