I finally talked with my dad and he said he will change it to 750 UL plan
my question is about the speed?
is the speed of 750 UL higher/equal/lower than 500Combo plan?

I am on UL 750. Speed is definitely lower than Home 500 Combo. You will get 512 Kbps unlimited (64 KBps). I get a speed of 60 - 70 KBps on good servers. Torrents around 55 KBps.

My speedtest.net result :

this is not good.. i am playing rs 250 extra and they are giving so less speed

But it allows you to see YouTube videos then itself, not after downloading at night. Unlimited plan has its own drawbacks. I was using ULF 1100 with 2 Mbps speed and FUP. Switched to UL 750 as it is sufficient for my needs. I download/upload around 45 GB per month. It also helps me seeding in private trackers. But you need to make a choice, Freedom or speed ? If you are a heavy downloader, better stay with Home combo 500.

i am not at all a heavy downloader....
i dont download anything,,, only download songs.... no movies, no games

i just go to facebook, orkut and play mafia,farmville etc...

Farmville is a bandwidth intensive game. If you can spare some money, go with UL 750. Peace of mind and comparatively good for games like Farmville. YouTube speed is also good.

Yes, it has up to 2 Mbps speed. Same as Combo 500 but has 2.5 GB day time limit. There are few new plans. Go to BSNL site, under services > broadband > Tariff > post paid tariff, you will find the complete list of post paid plans well categorized. You can check it yourselves.

even i am also a 500Combo plus user, i am getting a downloads speed of 1.83Mbps and upload speed of 0.39Mbps..

speed actually varies.. sometimes i also get 1.2 or 1.4mbps...

If your budget allows, try BBG 700. It has 4 GB free usage with 2 Mbps speed. After that 20 paise per MB till 5 GB and 10 paise per MB afterwards.

Speed of 750 plan is about one-fourth of 500 plan. But then i gives unlimited usage. I suggest you to go for 600 Combo plan as it will 2.5 GB which is good enough and also there is no speed loss...
However, I got my plan changed during a month. If anybody can tell how much free usage I am alloted if my plan changed 6th of this month. I earlier had 500 C with 1.5 GB and now 600 C with 2.5 GB

Better apply in the last week of the month. Save some bandwidth as buffer.

I meant save some bandwidth. Don't consume all 1.5 GB data. In my opinion, after 20 th will be better.
