    Sir,
Some one please make me more clear........
This month I hv connected BB Home UL 750 Plan
Rs. 1100.00 + Rs. 250.00 for modem and installation charges.
And deposited Security Rs. 750.00 in advance for the aforesaid plan.

I tried to check my Billed amount over Phone No. 1500
It said as : "Billed amount till 06.02.2011 is Rs.1,600.00
& unbilled usage amount Rs. 0.0"

Sir, I am confused, whether aforesaid plan is UL or not ???
How much I hv to pay for the Bill ????

    Installation charges Rs 250/=
    Modem outright purchase Rs 1100/= + 10.3 %taxes

    month days 30 ( normally )= D
Effective date BB connection: say 12th Feb = E ( Mention DATE)
BB rent for number of days (D minus E)= G
    R/D*G= Rs_______

Broadband charges UNBILLED is not normally shown in Rupees .
BB Usage charges does not apply to you Unlimited.
You may get higher speed first 15 days days 2Mbps U/L.

    Para two:

    Default Plan conversion

Hello. Currently I m using home combo 500C+ plan but generally my usage increases beyond 1.5 gb due to longer video chat on skype, yahoo and gmail. I don't require heavy download and my primary activities are videochat & surfing. Should I convert to BB Home Combo UL 625 plan with 256Kbps speed? I do not want to go to higher rental plan. Please advice.

Better to have a plan having speed 512 Kbps.
speed 256 kbps also satisfactory, but video+voice freezes.
Select Plan according to your telephone needs.

    .:Unlimited Home Only:.

You can apply for plan change here . ( No need to log in)
    http://udaan.bsnl.co.in/
usually change to be effected wef 1st of following month.

    Para two:
To keep track of your usage from today:
    NetworX or shaplus applications.
Use firefox with addons adblock plus Flash block etc

Me too had a 256 Kbps connection earlier. Video chat is ok (6/10), audio chat is fine. For YouTube, you should allow it to buffer for sometime and then watch it. UL 625 or UL 499 are suitable for you. If you can spend at bit more, you can use UL 750 Combo or UL 750. Please note that both does not come with free calls. But 512 Kbps is good for Video (8/10), the buffering is also decent for YouTube videos.

You can find all the plans and tariff of BSNL here

    Hope this help.
