Thread: disconnect every few mins

Hello guys,
This is my first post, unfortunately i have a problem. I just got a new connection (bsnl 512kbps unlimited) last month but sadly I've been getting disconnected every few mins for the last few days. My modem is Siemens SL2_141 and it was configured by a BSNL officer.
I use internet mainly for online games and these games require me to have a constant stable connection but due to disconnections I am unable to play. As soon as the line gets dc, my modem dials back real quick and i get connected again but im already dc from game and i have to reload the game again.
From my router page (accessed from 192.168.1.1), i've seen that SNR margin is usually around 29-30 but sometimes fluctuates all the way to 12 or 13. Is this cause of the problem? My phone line has little disturbance and it was there from the beginning so i dont think thats the issue as I should have experienced the disconnection problem from the start.
Someone please help me!

Uncheck box Adsl2+ in DSL page.
Enable bitswap.
Ensure ALL phones connected in the ADSL splitter ( Phone port ONLY)
