It does work for me as well... but it wasn't at that time...

And i can aslo access it .there is no problem i just open it but registration is closed

It's working fine wid no probs at al....

according to me BSNL never blocks any torrent site there may be some problem with the site at that time

i just followed instructions in the link for increasing speed of torrent downloads its a bit complicated,i think after doing it my system has become unsecure, did you do it yourself . i need to know is it of any use my download speed is now an average of 120-125 kbps i think its normal, i need to know if those instructions were genuine .

i don't think that BSNL is blocking torrents .............. as i get satisfied speeds with torrents as well ..............
and i have checked the status of blocking/non-blocking of the torrents using google's free testing labs online applications ........

yep i too get full speed no blocking....

dude its not blocking but as such restricting speeds for torrents....if i use IDM for dwnlding torrent file from ftp m getting full speed whereas direct dwnld of torrent through vuze gives me a restricted speed.

thts why i better use a seedbox for better speeds n no tension of varying dwnld speeds.
