Thread: I can't connect my ipod 2g to BSNL internet.

I had upgraded the internet to bb home combo 900. My ipod used to get connected to the wifi and internet before that. Now, after the upgradation the ipod is connecting to the wifi BUT not to the internet. I can't go to safari and the app store are unable to connect to the net. I have UTStarcom.
please help!!

Did you try a laptop or any other phone ? Are you able to connect to your PC using ethernet ? How many devices are connected to internet ?

Try the following

1. Configure your modem in PPPoE mode.

2. Enable DHCP in your modem.

3. In the TCP/IP properties of your connection, set " Obtain IP address automatically ".

I fixed it. Had to disable the encryption.
