    Default Problem in upgrading plan

    yesterday afternoon, i applied for plan chage from rural 500c unlimited to FN combo 600 with night unlimited usage and 2.5gb limit...to my shock.surprise, the upgradation was done by yesterday evening.... and i was changed to the new plan....

    but today when i logged in to check my usage, they have also included the data i have downloaded from yesterday morning... which is already a GB
    dat time, i have not even applied for it..... is this normal....

    and another thing.... when i checked my free phone calls i made till yesterday , it was 138, and today, it is suddenly 262.... i just made 2-3 calls yesterday...

    can somebody explain me?

    Why do you want to select a normal tariff plan/
    when you had a rural plan at lower cost.
    BBG FN combo600 allows 250 free calls.( U/L 02AM to 08AM)
    Your old rural plan gives 150 free calls.

    I cannot access selfcare web sites.

    no boss.... i have tried that bsnl portal, whenever, i login, it redirects to selfcare portal again

    and please tell me about udaan.... i donno, how to register

    and one more doubt....
    they have changed my plan at the end of the month,
    so what will be my bill like.....

    till how many days willl the 2.5 gb last... i mean only till first or till the same date next month

    OMG, now it is showing 313 rupees in my phone bill..... is this real or sometimes error

    you have not tried the link properly.
    Did you see Change plan option and click /
    Did you get a new window ?
    Only doubt regarding one subject. ( usually thread title )

    Your thread cannot be used as a blog for all your broadband problems.

    sorry....

    my problems are....
    1) the data, i have used on unlimited plan, before changing to limited plan, have been charged.

    2)suddenly, my unbilled phonecall bill has gone up from 140 to 260 and 300 rupees now

    3) my plan was changed on 21st, so will i be given a new 2.5 gb from 1st of march or will this same limit go on till 20th of next month(30 days)

    4) what will be my bill like for this month? ( because, i have used ULD 500 for 21 days and home combo for the remaining days)

    please help, sorry for not being clear

    Check your usage page ; MY orders.
    Check summary of usage.
    datewise .the last column should show 0 for 02AM to 08AM.

    actually, i am not charged for night time.... that is the main problem in here

    i submitted my plan on 21st evening, and my plan got changed by night... but in the chargeable data, they have included the data, i have downloaded frmo the morning...

    Normally all plan changes should take place from 1st of following month.
    If you applied in the evening, how to prove it ? How to prove the plan got changed in the night? what time ?

    :see mine: some confusion
    Basically both are same but for telephone calls there was some error .I applied on Jan 10th 2011.





    You cannot have the best of both worlds.

    Only A.O can decide under which plan your usage of 21st will be counted.
    What does the "MY orders' page show.
    if shown as wef 21st Feb , meter is reset to this date. 0000 or 1200AM.
    Also total does not tally tally by about 80 MB. ( approx 876 MB minus 795 MB )
    Any entry21st Feb 1214AM to 0200 AM ?

    If you don't want to pay for day usage, do not use Internet between 0800AM to 0200AM. till 0000/1200AM hours on March 2011
    2560 GB divided 28 multiplied by 8 = approx 720 MB allowed as free DAY d/l . for 8 days.

    i have attached the pr0of, with this.....
    the time i ordered....
    u can checkt the old snapshots i have given, they have charged from the morning (during which i was in unlimited plan)

    the new server SAP CRM is very fast it directly install your plan in system...no need to verify to higher authority....

    I have both time checked myself at exchange and SDE show me the Installed status in new plan....

    @indresh88.
    This was already explained in earlier posts.
    Circile to circle procedure is different.
    Users complain, if changed immediately and ,if not done also.

    According to My Exchange A.O there is no revised circular from BSNL Marketing, to effect tariff plan change immediately. and they go by the existing circular.I was shown the order issued by CHENNAI Telephones
    If any one has got the revised circular please give the link/or circular number.

    You can claim , that usage between 0000/1200AM of 21st Feb and 1710PM same date as free usage. ( old plan )

    A.O goes by the order implemented date
    Be ready for a visit to Bsnl Exchange and talk to A.O when you get the bill next month.

    but still my problem with the everyday doubling phone call numbers is not changing

    Take a print out of available details and meet the Accounts Officer in person. Better meet him before the bill as you need not pay the bill first and then the excess amount get adjusted. Take the usage details page's print out. It will show when the usage has occurred. Explain your situation and seek help.

    As explained, i cannot access selfcare sites.or check where phone calls used are shown on daily basis. ( Post a screen shot )
    Even a fortnightly meter reading is not updated for me ( Chennai circle:different to TamilNadu circle )

    Telephone calls FREE also will have to be accounted under own plan and new plan.
    In free time go through various bsnl links shown in my signature links !!!

    thank you.... but i tried to call them, they just kept on saying " let the bill come" thing everytime

    @essbebe
    i have attached the phone call unbilled status....
    before changing plan, i used to check my phone call bill, to keep up the limit...
    the last time before plan change, it was 138.... and after i changed my plan, it went to 262.... and now it is 312....in that period after changing the plan, i never made more than 3-4 calls on the whole.....

    Check any connection/link with usage summary portal result.
    ( BB charged at 20 paise per MB etc)
    seems to be billing BB usage. and finally some amount will be deducted ( Rs 500 for full month )and excess BB usage will be charged on MB basis.

    May be metering has shifted to Broadband usage meter.

    BBGFN combo allows 175 FREE calls. additional calls at Re 1/ each .
    Also 250 calls fn combo 600.. calculation in paise shown.

    Calculate Free telephone calls for each plan for proportionate days.

    Now you see how much excess work load for user and A.O if tariff plan is changed any day in a month.
    Whether computer billing is programmed to take all these changes, you will know when the bill for Feb 2011 is available.
