Please help me to write a batch file for enable/disable wireless Network Adapter(NIC) for windows Vista.

You can use Imran's Broadband Helper Utility. It can disable NIC card during non NU hours.

i being curious to write a batch file for the same, the problem that i'm facing is in my laptop if i run Imran's utility, it first disables/ enables wireless NIC if i run the utility again then it disables LAN NIC and it takes a lot of time by starting cmd.exe and freezes
