Thread: problem with modem WA3002-g1

Hi,

I am using bsnl modem model wa3002-g1 since last 4 to 5 years, till now I was having no problem at all. But recently got some problem opening the url https ://ura-in.siemens.com. This website does not open at all.

I also tried with the ipaddress https ://194.138.248.13. even tried using a static ip.

But strangely when i use a different modem (borrowed from neighbour) and the same pc without any change in configuration (modem or pc), this website opens within split second.

Please Note: I do not have any problems like this with anyother url. I can browse all known websites (except this) without any issue.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Firefox gave the following message: Firefox 3.6.13.

194.138.248.13 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for ura-in.siemens.com

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

web site opens normally after I allowed exception.
