Guys This is absolutely weired!

I am using BSNL BB 750 COMBO.
Yesterday I conducted a speed test its result is as below:-

Today again I conducted same test, with shock as below

Today I am really experinceing bad speed.
Whats wrong? Have our speed reduced????

And I also want to ask what is this BSNL Udaan Project? How is it useful to us?
