    Default BSNL customer care: Your view...

    BSNL is the No.1 Internet Service provider in India... But, When it comes to their Customer Care I will say NO... What do you think about BSNL customer care...?

    Ofcourse, I had many terrible experience with BSNL's customer care... They are not developing the quality of their customer care. I think they don't even teach them how to response to the customer...

    I really don't know why they are very rude on customers. Do they think they are the god of BSNL.. Just because it is a government organisation it doesn't mean the customer care executives can handle the customers they way they think they can...

    I tried them many times with some problems but they are not in the mind of rectifying our problems. they just want to get rid of the call..

    This is the only company in which they blame the customers... They are really very very rude on customers. Do they think we are begging them for money.. We are the one giving them the money they just have to response us for the money they get. Their job is just to rectify our problems or queries or what ever it is. Not to get rid of us....

    I even complained about this to my districts General managers PA.. But, he simply said he couldnt do anything as the customer care is in another district. And also he added that the they are not recording the calls and it is not easy to find the one who spoke to me in a bad way...

    All I am asking BSNL is improve the quality of your customer care... Or else just let them don't be rude on customers... Like them we are all human beings... We also expect some respect.... They have the option of discontinuing the call if the customer speaks bad language... But, not the option to be rude on them...

    WORST!!!!
    They can't talk frankly with customers.
    And I myself face troubles when I go to exchange.
    I am 15 years and they don't pay any heed to me when I want to talk to them..
    So I voted WORST~~

    Hi,

    Worst no doubt !! not only the customer care but also thier officials in the local exchange !!

    Just went today to the local exchange and banged my head very hard to get some proper response !!! I at one point even said for the sheer mistake of taking BSNL what do you want me to do !!!

    After some time he says "Am giving you a friendly advice,please disconnect the Broadband" and go for some other !

    This is the hight of the company !!

    Default BSNL worst customer service-OK agreed-Why are you still there?

    1.Govt company.when you go to csc,I have seen staff bickering openly among themselves about office politics despite we-outsiders (customers ) present!.
    2. You have no other option to put up with them.(cheapest?)
    3.Compared to other devils -are they a better devil ?
    4.Vote with your feet. I mean money. pay more and find a better quality provider if you can!

    So, You mean just because they are cheap and we pay less amount do they want us to bow and beg them every time when we want to rectify our problem with their network…

    Low or high….! Money is money Mr. Ulysses… We are just asking them to give us what’s promised to us… Not anything more…

    Ofcourse, even their customer care is not responsive and rude to the customers, we are stuck with their network… The only reason is we in rural areas don’t have Private ISP’s access. We are only having one option that is BSNL.. I have seen many people from rural areas disconnected their connection just because of the Customer care and the negligence of the employees to rectify any line or connection problem.. Do u think this is good for our countries development…

    A MAN’S LAZINESS CAN KILL THE CAUSE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATION

    Many customer care executives even in private ISP shouted on customers because the customers were rude and used offensive language on them.. But in BSNL, customer doesn’t have to be rude, the CSE will always be rude on the customers even the customer speaks cool… They are really angry on customers whoever calls… Don’t know why..

    Just like them we are also a human. They don’t have to show respect to the customers. Atleast why don’t they speak polite. We are not calling the customer care for fun.. We are paying to get good connection. If we get any problem We’ll ask them we can ask them only.. They have to rectify it.. Instead of that shouldnt to be rude on customers to avoid them for their laziness…


    My final word is, I have money.. I will get good ISP’s connection if they are available in my area.. But they are not… I have only BSNL connection… I am stuck with them… And the BSNL customer care is worst in my case.. I will always vote them WORST until I see them change…

    The only solution for this problem is the Customer care executive of BSNL must change their attitude… There is no alternate solution for this like changing the ISP or something…

    Red face I feel your pain.

    Iam sorry if I came across strong and in sensitive .
    I also wrote in disgust and despair as Iam also affected with over all poor product quality and in different service by BSNL.
    But I live in 2 big metros and I can afford to walk out on BSNL ( not fully- I have to maintain 1 gb/2Gb prepaid 3g balance with them always in the near future as I travel to lot of B & C Class interior towns.)
    Now I am watching and analysing other options as my business is done over net + I travel-and Iam willing to spend up to Rs 1500-2000/month for mobile internet (apart from fixed line ADSL/Cable broad band).
    They are a govt company and I have no energy to fight and argue with them.
    Since you have no other option - I understand you have to go any length to get things done.
    I paid once 2 OYT (10 years back ) Rs 16000 each for 2 land lines(tel + fax) connection when I relocated to a non metro and waited 3 months + endless meetings with officials at exchange + line man etc.
    As recent as 2005- I took up a residence in remote area of Bangalore where there was no private players offering cable or ADSL broadband!
    I have to took a bsnl land line + ADSL broad band .
    But the lady officer in that exchange took a special interest in my case and gave me phone + internet connection in ONE WEEK !!!! Exceptional service .Can not replicate again & I moved out 2 years later and surrendered line + modem .
    I wish you success in your endevour to persist with BSNL till alternate better provider comes to your area.

    Don’t feel sorry Mr. Ulyssus.. There’s nothing between us.. I noticed your title saying “BSNL worst customer service-OK agreed” but forgot to mention it. That’s like everyone has bad opinion on BSNL Customer care Executive…

    I just wanted to tell u the reason why people are stuck with BSNL.. That’s why I explained everything.. Cheap is not only the reason…

    I have called customer care many times for a single problem to be solved.. But no response from them. They simply said that they’d check and tell me and that’s it. No more response from them.

    In that a customer care executive really hurted me. He asked me my area name. I told him and he suddenly insulted me on my area name which is a local village name. Offended me… That really made me angry and still I am writing to all the authorities to locate that person and take departmental actions.…

    Cities are just a small part of India.. Never mind the number of customers, they do have customers from remote areas.. I am paying them hoping they’ll give me the better network or quality product. But, when my hope fails I feel … like ..….

    BSNL.--One of my friends used to say BSNL means "BHAI SAAB NAHI LAGEGA".

    But currently being out of options I had to be with The "BHAI SAAB".

    can't say worst bcoz i have seen staff of other government offices
    believe me bsnl is good compared to others
    BSNL still works when we complain face to face
