BSNL is the No.1 Internet Service provider in India... But, When it comes to their Customer Care I will say NO... What do you think about BSNL customer care...?
Ofcourse, I had many terrible experience with BSNL's customer care... They are not developing the quality of their customer care. I think they don't even teach them how to response to the customer...
I really don't know why they are very rude on customers. Do they think they are the god of BSNL.. Just because it is a government organisation it doesn't mean the customer care executives can handle the customers they way they think they can...
I tried them many times with some problems but they are not in the mind of rectifying our problems. they just want to get rid of the call..
This is the only company in which they blame the customers... They are really very very rude on customers. Do they think we are begging them for money.. We are the one giving them the money they just have to response us for the money they get. Their job is just to rectify our problems or queries or what ever it is. Not to get rid of us....
I even complained about this to my districts General managers PA.. But, he simply said he couldnt do anything as the customer care is in another district. And also he added that the they are not recording the calls and it is not easy to find the one who spoke to me in a bad way...
All I am asking BSNL is improve the quality of your customer care... Or else just let them don't be rude on customers... Like them we are all human beings... We also expect some respect.... They have the option of discontinuing the call if the customer speaks bad language... But, not the option to be rude on them...
