Thread: Modem Firmware problem ZTE

Well i have a ZTE ZXDSL 813 AII

& i have accidentally upgraded my Firmware thinking that it might fix the connection problem of modem to my router.

so please help me out & provide a stock version of the Firmware for the modem that i have so i can downgrade.

i've already looked at that thread that isn't my problem.

i think i'll try to explain my problem in detail :

since the past few days my modem wasn't connecting with the wifi router that i have & this has happened all of the sudden.

so i connected the modem with my pc directly to see whats the problem & if the internet connection has a problem.

turns out that isn't so, the internet was working decently but not as good as it used to now also my old set up which was phoneline to modem to router to pc isn't working anymore.

so i thought i should try to upgrade the firmware for the modem(by going to the motive.bsnl website) , that might solve the problem right ? but no. it sort of depreciated the quality of my internet connection(speeds are slower etc.) so after that i try to look on the net for any info on how to downgrade the firmware or is there any other option for it to work ?

You have to spell out what is the problem, for other members to guide you. ( other than Firmware flashing option )

I may not be in a position to give futher help.
