It sometimes happened to me, The LINK light of my modem kept on blinking...
it happened during the daytime also!!
Sometimes I like to be patient....So it automatically got fixed after 6-7 days.
What you can do is take the modem and all its wires and splitters to the telephone exchange and ask them to check it... ( i once did like this)
If they find anything faulty in the modem, they will ask you to write an application to get a new modem... The new modem will be delivered within 3-4 days..

Thank you for your reply.But for 20-22 days the problem is ONLY during night unlimited period.I have informed my local exchange but they did nothing.
Sometimes it happens because many people use internet during that time...
And You have to inform them regularly...
They dont listen if you inform once..
Keep calling them everyday!!
Your error seems to be from BSNL side. Talk to someone technical at your exchange. This may help

post your snr and attenuation values,maybe its a line fault
also try changing connection standard to Gdmt or GLite
it worked for me, when i changed from adsl to gdmt,though mine disconnected once every 3-4 hours
