Thread: Customer ID confusion

So today I tried to register at Loading Portal...
it asked for my customer ID.
I searched my telephone bill and there was a 13 digit number written beside Customer ID
But in the website I cant enter more than 10 digits. And when I click continue after typing the first 10 digits it says "please enter a valid ID"
Please help

but i also want to check SAP NetWeaver Portal
can you teach me how to use that site?
I am entering my username and password but still cant login

Unless i type something in Customer ID I cant click anywhere else...
i think data.bsnl.in is also good but Selfcare looks good
