    Today they aren't showing anything in the night usage statistics.
    And yes my bill is reduced to 6000 from 9000.

    I thought that they'll issue my bill on 1st march but still even today selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in is saying that even my January's bill isn't issued.

    jan bill issued on feb 01 but recieved it yesterday
    waiting for feb bill to know the details for night usage

    Default Night Usage included in Chargeable Units

    My usage is also showing Night Usage as Chargeable Units

    And in Night Usage it's giving error no records found.

    Plan and Usage Details attached as attachments.


    Is there anything I should be worried about?

    I saw a few similar threads in other forum. Make sure that you reboot / reconnect your modem so that the start and end time falls between the 2 -8 slot.

    There is a maintenance going on BSNL servers. The self care portal says it will end soon. May be because of it.

    If you bill is high, you can complain to the accounts officer.

    Have they sent you the bill for Jan??

    I haven't received any bill since Nov.

    Got January Bill for one connection of Rs. 7400/- and when I went to complaint to Customer Cell I can't find anyone there..

    The second connection I have just taken 20 days back.
