jan bill issued on feb 01 but recieved it yesterday
waiting for feb bill to know the details for night usage
Did they charge you for night usage in january?
My usage is also showing Night Usage as Chargeable Units
And in Night Usage it's giving error no records found.

I saw a few similar threads in other forum. Make sure that you reboot / reconnect your modem so that the start and end time falls between the 2 -8 slot.
There is a maintenance going on BSNL servers. The self care portal says it will end soon. May be because of it.
If you bill is high, you can complain to the accounts officer.
