Default Unable to access my home computer from office

I am unable to use access my home computer from office by using Remote Desktop Connection.

I am using BSNL connection with wifi Nokia Siemens 1600 ADSL modem.
When I put ADSL modem to PPPoE mode, I am unable to access my system however when I put my ADSL modem in Bridging mode, everything works fine.

I have configured ZoneAlarm and has opened port 3389.
I am using DynDns service and has linked url with public IP
Both Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance settings are Allowed
    Terminal service is ON.

I want to access my computer using PPPoE setting in ADSL and how can I access my home computer from my office ??

    Please help me

Try Team viewer. It is easier. Use the server version in your PC and access it from office. You can also even reboot the PC from office.
