I got the connection one week later since because of a problem with username........and i heard that for the first 15 days unlimited free for new connection....how could i check that one.......to whom i can ask for my unique customer id...........pls guys i need ur help.............

Please mention your location. Why do you need unique customer ID ? Do you come under self care portals ? If so, try the consumer no from your bill. If you are new and doesn't have a bill, talk to the local exchange. They keep it in their records. If you are not under self care portals (like me), you need 14 digit portal ID, user name and password. Password is normally password.

If you can visit the Broadband section of your Telephone Exchange,
and your data usage is to be checked in data.bsnl.in you will be given UserID
example moh23410022011 PW password.
Or if in selfcare portal register there.
you need your consumer number.
( which is shown in the telephone bill if already having a BSNL landline connection)
If new L/L connection, you have to meet the staff at the Accts section.

If the speed is about 2 Mbps ( check here twice )you are having U/L download. ( days allowed cannot be specified in your case)
