    Default Did my plan change?

    Ok so its 1st march now...

    and my plan still didnt change
    i submitted plan change application on 24th feb.....the man in the exchange read the whole application and said it was OK and my plan will be changed from 1st march..

    its 1st march .. still my plan is same
    what will i do now?
    shall i go and ask them?
    BSNL has never been good to me...
    i heard some people's plan changed within a few hours and my plan didnt change after a week....

    It is BSNL Avishek, things do not work like this with them. 12.00 am is only for general public or if you need to pay to BSNL. Normally plan change occur in the first week. From the screen shot you can see that your plan is not even future dated. The Admin department is yet to process your application, which will go to SDE and from him to NIB Bangalore. Make follow up calls to the exchange were you give the plan change application.

    The case of those who got quick plan change is for self care portals and Udaan site. I would say they are lucky. Applying online is not worth the risk.

    Which portal do you use to check your usage details ? Log in to the site and check the " Orders " page.

    tried it. but shows unchanged
    called up those people they told tht some changes in site to change but no further info

    1. Mention, current plan and intended plan.

    2. Which portal do you use ? Post the screen shot of orders page after blackening your personal details.

    3. Is there any speed change ? Call the exchange where you gave the application and check. You need to make regular follow up calls to make sure that your order is processed. These days plan change is happening in a day or two.

    4. Try talking to the SDE of your exchange.

    5. If nothing works, try complaining to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill.

    Just call customer care....and say that you want to change your plan..he will do it in 4-10 minutes and will be affected from that day only....
