I heard that bsnl going to stop all unlimited (FUP) IS IT TRUE I HEARD FROM A BSNL (HEAD OFFICER).

The 75% off they are mentioning is the excess usage per MB rate reduced to 20 - 10 paise instead of 60 paise. All other plans remain the same. UL 499 and UL Combo 625 gives 256 Kbps and UL 750, UL 750 Combo give 512 unlimited without FUP. There are a lot of plans which gives up to 2 - 4 Mbps with FUP ranging from 8 - 20 GB.
