Thread: BSNL's new billing software!opinion

Hi friends!I hope all my fellow BSNL BB connection holders would have, by now, become familiar with the new method of billing introduced by BSNL.It is totally confusing.moreover they have made a mistake in My bill for Jan 2011 by adding a non existent previous balance of Rs 441 and totalling it to 993.My monthly bill has always been RS 441 ever since i took the BB con in Aug 2009 under home combo plan 500C with 20% rebate since i am a retd Govt PSU executive(BHEL).
further i have opted for ECS payment which eliminates the possibility of any payment being defaulted.i would like to know about any similar experience from anyone in this forum.The old method of billing was very clear and transparent with meter readings being mentioned.now it is all in Rupees with so many + and -.previous balance and all.I am in Mysore.i would like to know whether BSNL have changed over to the new system all over India.Shall be thankful for a response in this regard.

Try talking to the Accounts Officer. He will be the best person to answer. Call customer care and ask for his no.
