Hi all,
My first post here!
I've been using BSNL Broadband for over 2 years now, without major complaints. However, for the past one month, I've had much trouble accessing my own website - inversekarma.in.
I am on the 500 plan, and my router is the UT-Starcom 300R2U. I simply cannot access my website. I've tried a traceroute, and it always times out after 12 or 13 hops. I reported this to my hosting provider at first, and they said they do not have problems accessing my website (they are on a different ISP).
I've gotten in touch with BSNL, and they're still looking into this issue, for over a month. Very rarely, it is accessible, and I quickly logged in to check the daily page hits, and it hasn't reduced much during this one month. So I'm quite sure that BSNL is the bad egg here.
What could be the problem? I've tried using Open DNS/Google DNS with no luck (Incidentally, if any of you guys had come across the tool Google DNS Helper, it was coded by me)
Please help me resolve this issue!
