Hi. I am using BSNL broadband COMBO ULD 1350 plan... In a thread I had asked the reason for frequent disconnection in my connection and got cleared. The reason is Very low SNR downstream... 6dB and less... The problem is with the line..
http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...onnection.html (Please, look at my IC overview & suggest me. Frequent disconnection.)
So, I went to my telephone exchange with the printed copy of those values and complained about the problem. I told them that the problem is with the telephone cables...
But, they simply say that the telephone cables are too old and has many joints in it. They dont know where the joints are. So It'll be like that only.. And they are looking for the problem to be rectified soon..
He told that undoubtedly.. I dont think they are looking to rectify it...
SO, my real question is what should be my next step...?
Just looking for a suggestion to take the next step... I dont think they'll work to rectify the problem..
Or is this my only way to struggle with frequent disconnection...
Wireless not good here....
And never mind the upload speed, I am looking for wimax...
