if you are on "Dialer" Mode ( userId/PW entered in computer window
change to PPP/PPPoE "Always On" mode and uncheck "Bridged In wan page.Enter UserId/PW in wan page.
Lease time default usually 0. (24 hours )
Un check mod mode ADSL2+ in DSL menu.
try/enter DNS 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220 in modem.
Save reboot.
Try again.
