Thread: BSNL not connected using Login Window

Hello all,

My BSNL broadband internet is directly connected without entering login name and password. I am able to connect to the internet by simply opening a browser. When i try to attempt to connect using BSNL LOGIN WINDOW, it is showing error stating "phone is busy" but if i open the browser i am able to access the internet.

Please help;

2. Do you have Type - 2/ Wifi enabled modem ?

You are in PPPoE mode. That is why you are able to connect just by switching on the modem. I am also using the same set up. It is secure than " dialer " set up. Also it saves the trouble of taking dialer and dialing to connect to net. The dialing happens inside the modem. If you want to disconnect the connection, simply switch off the modem.
