    Default BSNL not showing proper unbilled amount this month.. ?

    Hi Folks,

    Need your help. My unbilled usage details for this month shows a whooping rs 10865.58 right now..

    and when i try to check my broadband usage it shows
    "Display of usage for the month of February may not be correct as BSNL is reconfiguring Broadband Plans in the IT system. The correct usage will be displayed once the activity is complete.
    Sorry for the inconvenience."
    location: mumbai
    plan: BBG-FN-HOME-600-COMBO-PLUS-MONTHLY

    I only use my BSNL net connection for download at night. For rest i am using Tikona which is quiet stable and works for me. i dont want to pay that huge a amount.

    Is anyone of you facing similar issue?

    Any information would help. Thanks in advance..

    presume you check in selfcare portal wdc.
    Better to have your own check of usage.
    Download NetworX application.

    Yes am using selfcare portal.. will check out the application you mentioned. Still wanted to see if any other has similar issue..

    same case here 4410rs
    HOME 500

    i think the are counting night usage as well..
    either they have to update their systems or
    WORST CASE they must have discontinued night unlimited

    guys please should i continue downloading at night ?? ...
    almost stopped scheduling downloads for a week now ...
    my download queue is piling up...

    There will be an option to save ALL pages as an excel file.
    Download and check. and keep as a copy for future use.

    In another selfcare portal sdc edc or ndc ( i dont remember)
    Night usage , irrespective of the tariff plan in use was shown
    as a separate list.

    Goodness gracious, talk about being unlucky. It was showing me all the details an hour back just like in the screen shot essbebe posted. Now its gone....

    essbebe am wondering, if you are working as an 'undercover agent' for BSNL folks. :P
    I cant pay them for 91 Gigs.

    same here...
    luckily a took a screenshot in feb ...
    but only 7 columns...

    also have a exported a excel file...but it cant be used as a proof as excel file can be edited...
    anyway that was only updated upto 17feb

    dumb bsnl guys ...
    when are they going to set this right...
    cant download anything

    I'm facing same problem.

    I have 'BBG-FN-HOME-500-MONTHLY' plan.

    I checked my night usage on 'selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in'

    They even billed me for downloading 25gigs of data.

    My January Bill came out proper.. 660.. Its the unbilled amount for Feb. its showing 18k now. Am not paying those buggers any money. though i dont wanna loose free night download. 18 k is too much..
    Immediate worry is BSNL folks... and secondary worry is dad kicking my ass havent told him anything yet.
    Lets see how it works out to be.

    I'm also worried about my dad, bro!!

    Have you called local office about your problem?

    They sent a bill of 8k to my friend who's using same plan.

    I hoping that they don't do that with me.

    For me its showing unbilled amount of 18k.. January bill come proper..
    May be i should download more cause am not going to pay BSNL a single rupee if they chareg me 18k. so aswell make full use of it :P

    mmm after a long time visiting this thread actually my mom shouted at me that how come bb bill came to 2500 rs, im having combo 500C with Night UL, and total usage was 8 GB and excluding NUL chargeable was 1.07 GB very low below the threshhold limit of 1.5 GB, so just wanted to see if someone else has this prob, cool , I knew I am not along ,even in other forums people have complained that in month of feb 11, many users charged for full usage and NUL usage not deducted, so in my case am charged for full 8 GB ;( ,,,

    now am preparing a letter to the accounts officer informing them of mistake and asking to change the bill. I am from chennai........

    can we also check usage from other sites? how reliable are they?

    Register here with your own ID and Password for Telephone related matters and check bill online. ( for Chennai telecom circles)

    Nope. It shows the same 18.5k. no improvement.. .

    So sit back and enjoy the lightning fast services of india's number1. telecommunications company. BSNL.

    One more question. should i register my complain with deepika padukone? or did they got rid of her too?

    Have you made contact with them?

    When I called local office, they said that it's their fault and they will definitely fix it but they haven't fixed it yet.

    What did your local AOTR tell you?

    The self-care sites of BSNL are still under construction therefore the uses figures are not shown properly. Don't worry about unbilled uses. My experience is similar to your experience.

    it was a matter of 2 days for me in chennai , I raised online excess billing complaint to BSNL in chennai telephones website Chennai Telephones,Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL),India-Everything about Chennai Telephones

    and it generated online reference number, and simultaneously I was trying the ARTO s number but no one picked it up and sometimes it came as temporarily out of order, i was very frustrated as could not contact AOTR, and was planning to visit the office and give in written ,, then i got a call from home that they called at home and they have acted on the complaint and reduced the bill, also today they sent the corrected bill through email, post also received and sms i recd yesterday of Rs. 846 so chennai users can try using the online complaint service for excess billing , its good that they are acting on the online complaint so without much tension my prob got solved

    Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

    I filed a complaint on selfcare portal on 4th March and I'm still waiting for them to take any action.
