    Default Dataone Billed Bandwidth issues

Guys.. I activated FN500 this month and have been using it from 3 days. The thing is, when ever I got to bsnl website to check my usage stats, it showing that there are no records of billed bandwidth.

But, If i go to unbilled checking service. I am able to see some bandwidth.

Whats happening guys? Why is my bandwidth not showing up in billed section? Please help.

    Thanks.

BSNl always lags in uploading usage details, mainly in the beginning of every month due to billing issues. Same is the case at other times also. Most of us use a bandiwidth meter to keep an eye on our usage.

You can try one from Shaplus or Networx. Shaplus is very basic and simple. Networx has graphical analysis of various data you find useful. Please note that there may be a difference of +/- 50 MB from actual data in portal. So counter check with BSNL portal whenever possible. Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

Also, that aunty at BSNL told me that, there is promotional BSNL plan that will give me 15 days of unlimited downloads. She told that, she is activating that promotional plan.

Is this have something to do with that?

No, that is a promotional offer. You are lucky to apply while it was in place. You can use 15 days unlimited @ 2 Mbps. You can also disable the download at night time (2 - 8 am) in both Shaplus and Networx.

So, this means that 15 days unlimited offer is not working?

If they have activated it, it should work.

I saw in in my selfcare home page "15 DAYS FEE UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS"-"ACTIVE". I forgot to take a screenshot. It is gone now. I can't see it.

No problem. It will work automatically. If someone denies such an offer, show them the link I gave. That is from BSNL's official site.

    Always Welcome

When the usage details are available check whether " Chargeable usage excluding night unlimited " is zero.
