Thread: Upgrading Home Plans

Hi Guys,

Can anyone share their experience with changing plans for home Dataone?

How much time BSNL guys generally take?

I am changing from Startup250 to 500 plan.

We have to give the written application to change the plan .
If possible , it should be handed over to the concerned BSNL
officer . Changing of the plan comes into effect from 1st day
of next month . Submit your application before 24th of this
month so that your plan can be changed from next month .

The change of plan should be confirmed before using the
connection for huge downloads . It takes few more days
for the Plan change to be shown on dataone usage portal .
So we should contact the concerned officer on first day
of the month for the confirmation .
