hi i change my broadband plan to bb home combo ULD900(01 03 2011) and i was confirm it. As per plan download speed is 4096 kbps ( 4 mbps ) but i get only 523 kbps ( 0.52 mbps ). i download 5 mb file is take 1.45 minutes but my previous plan (bb home ul 750) take only 55 secondes i complaint it he say check speed in our speed test site i was check and told him result (Your current bandwidth reading (in Mega bits per second) is:3.31 Mbps(DOWNLOAD speed in kilo bytes notation is 423.78 Kilo Bytes/sec).he say this is correct speed we can"t do anything.and i also check (see the attachments image) i pay more but same speed what can i do help me.Thank you bye

Recheck sync speed. and actual rate shown in ADSl page.
