Call your local exchange. They keep it in their records. Just a 2 minutes business.

Please mention your location. Confirm whether you use a self care portal or data.bsnl.in. If later you need 14 digit portal ID , password is normally password. If you IP range starts from 59.xx.xx.xx, try here : Dataone WebMail
