I was on home500combo now shifted to home900uldcombo as per the new plan the speed should be upto 4mbbs upto 8gb but the speed remains 2mbbs what to do?

It is a common problem with this plan. A lot of other users had the same issue. Try talking to the SDE of your exchange. Ask him to remove the cap on your connection.

try asking the person at the exchange to change ur dslam ports...
