Thread: Slow speed

I am using 1350 ULF Combo Plan.

I am getting around 0.5 Mbps speed instead of 4 Mbps.

Yesterday, I was getting full speed. but today, do not know what went wrong.

Tried Everything to boost the speed up.

Changed BSNL DNS, OPENDNS, GOOGLE DNS etc...still getting low speed.

Getting full speed in dataone speedtester but in speedtest.net getting below mentioned low speed.

Anybody facing the same problem ?

Here is my current speed:

Talk to the Sub Divisional Engineer at your exchange. Ask him to lift the speed cap. A lot of users reported slow speed issue on this and ULD 900 plans where the speed is above 2 Mbps.

Bro, problem is not about SPEED CAP which was already solved by me approaching SDE few days ago.

It is about I am getting low speed today instead of Till Yesterday's FULL SPEED.

I want to ask if there is anyone who is facing the same problem as me today.

have u crossed the 20gig limit?....btw u might want to ask the person the the exchange to switch ur dslam port....that maybe the problem...google a bit on 8mbps limited to 2mbps for bsnl...lot of 2799 ppl facing same prob
