Thread: Still my plan not changed?

i submitted application on 24th feb.....
still its not changed... i am really pissed off!!
bsnl sucks

Check the orders page. What is the status ? Do you see it future dated ?

Call the exchange were you gave the application. Ask them for status report. If your plan change request is not highlighted in the orders page, they have not processed it yet.

its still 500 combo provisioned

So there is no mention about the intended plan ? If so, it is still with the person whom you gave the request. If had approved, it will go to the technical department and if they approved, it will be there on net.

Today I went to exchange and i talked to the man whom i submitted application to!
he checked some websites and told me that i will receive a bill of rs 6000 in the month of july 2011 and my plan will be changed onwards then....
this is because every year I submit rs 5000 in the month of July
He also told me to submit another plan change application in May 2011


I have to wait again
i hope they changed it to 0.20 paise/mb in 500 combo plan

If you withdraw from an annual tariff plan, you can pay at Monthly basis for the months used and forfeit the rebate and change over to any tariff plan of your choice.
Or wait till JULY. 2011.
You could have given this info that you are on Annual plan in the beginning itself !!!
