Thread: Hey Need help with Teracom

Hey, It's been two months that i had bought a new wifi router teracom, One day, The DSL just started blinking, So, the Internet wasn't working at all. Now, That They came and repaired it. The people told me that The server was down was down and would come back in 2 hours, but still it ain't coming. It's been 24 hours, and I am sick of this. The Internet blinks in RED color, Where it actually should blink in green. Can anyone help me with this?

1. Check the splitter. Make sure all connection come after the splitter. Check this diagram.



Connect directly to the modem and check.

2. If still the same, I think it is a line issue. Ask them to correct. You can get a concession if your net is down for more than 10 days. Hope you have your complaint no.

If nothing works, give a written complaint to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and Phone no. on the backside of your bill. Call him and seek help.
