Default BSNL selfcare site doesn't work on Firefox

http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in/selfcare/ fails to load properly on Firefox. I use GNU/Linux. So I can't view my usage. Even though there are Windows machines at the place where I work, all pc's have IE6 and almost all machines are infected with viruses, and it's not safe to use IE6, so I cannot view the site there too. I could install IE on Linux with Wine, but it is illegal, as I am not paying Microsoft. And MS doesn't sell IE as a separate product for buying. The newest IE was the first browser to be hijacked at Pawn2Own. In terms of security, convenience, ease of use, price and almost in every way Firefox leads the pack. It sounds wierd when BSNL overhauls -- "improves" is not the right word here -- its customer support products and locks its customers at dead-ends. As IE is losing its market share at a phenomenal speed, and when IE family is long dead, like Netscape, would BSNL put "Use Internet Explorer Only" on it's websites?

Check if you can find any IE add on on Firefox. Windows version of Firefox has it.

Not sure, but it may work

I tried with 3.6.15 and it isn't working. It waits permanently for the page to load. Here is more: BSNL website cannot be used with Linux

I am using Firefox 3.6.15 in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS without any login problem to "http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in/selfcare/"

I think you should update Firefox to latest version.

On firefox, eventhough it's the newest version I face same issue.

On opera, I get the login page, but once I login I get this:

    How it looks on chrome:

So no solution at all. To access bsnl broadband usage stats I need to buy Windows, and install IE, and make my pc more vulnerable to security issues.

    Use these applications.( all FREE)
one for each system ( if using multiple systems )
    NetworX
    http://softperfect.com
    Shaplus
    http://www.shaplus.com/exes/misc/Sha...eter-Setup.exe
    Tautology Bandwidth meter.
    http://textmode.cwahi.net/BMInstallRelease18.exe

Cross check total data and note error if any. when you access selfcare site.
    BSNL meter readings are FINAL.
