    Default Slow speed in HOME BBN 600

    i og this plan before a month.... which has night unlimited and it gave me no problems till now.... and today as usual i tried to connect to download at 2 oclock.. and there were so many disconnections... and from 2.30, it was ok...
    after the, i tried to download things... speed is constant at 120kbps max, in IDM and around under 100 in torretns with best seeds....

    does this happen often,,,,

    my normal speeds i got are... 225 kbps in IDM and around 200 for best torrents....

    can someone please explain... and there is no problem in the line ,i hope....

    How can it remain constant at exactly half the speed...
    had bsnl put on a capping for night usage

    May be a temporary line issue. Watch for a week and then decide. Take a print out of your torrent/IDM and show it to the SDE of your exchange.

    Friends using selfcare, just submit your complaints in selfcare portal only....

    the response is very fast...

    and i am sorry, my problem is not yet solved... 10 days already and nobody is taking care of it... i tried all means

    Aaj thora barish huya and...

    I'm surfing at 8 kBps...

    Tommorow I will go down to the exchange and speak some nice words
    and everything will be alright by the day after tommorow...

    I've been doing this for 3 yrs now...

    If nothing works, a written application with receipt to Nodal officer or Appellate authority may work. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill. Call them and seek help.

    Make regular follow up calls for better results. Did you try talking to SDE ? If not, give it a try.

    Sub Divisional Engineer (SDE). Call customer care and ask for his no. . Try to visit him in person if possible.
