    1. Disable Firewall and Antivirus and check.

    2. Try a friend's modem at your place and check.

    3. Reset your modem to factory settings and reconfigure it.

    4. Which OS do you use ?

    5. Are you able to upload in torrents ?

How do you connect to internet ? Do you click " Connect " in a dialer and wait for dialing, or simply by switching ON the modem ?

How many PC do you use ? Desktop/laptop ?

Post a screen shot of your " Network connections " page. Post it as hxxp://domain.com instead of http://domain.com

    Please try

    2. Try a friend's modem at your place and check.

    3. Reset your modem to factory settings and reconfigure it.

    Need info:

    5. Are you able to upload in torrents ?

    To do

6.Try changing to PPPoE (Always ON) mode in your modem and check.

    7. Install Zone alarm firewall and check. Once you install, it will take over from Windows firewall and any error occurred there will be nullified.

    a. Installed Zone Alarm free firewall ?

    b. Use this guide, configure in PPPoE mode and check (similar UI)

    UT-300R2U ADSL MODEM MULTIUSER CONFIGURATION

    c. Post your SNR and attenuation values.

    Compare here

I had this problem a few weeks ago...

But I was not able to upload through port 80 (Direct)

So can you upload through torrents...

(If yes) I solved it by Deleting the current set up and recreating the connection from scratch...

    Download tcp/ip optimizer from speedguide.net

try optimal values. keep the slider for max speed of your tariff plan.
Change MTU values to 1492 or lower
Can change this value in Modem menu pages ( seen in
WAN/ page in PPPoE mode.( Beetel 110TC1)
( userId/PW stored in modem wan page)
