Unhappy not getting 4 mbps speed

    hi to all
please help me , i have 1350 uld plus combo plan.As per the new changes the speed of this plan is increased to 4mbps from current 2mbps,but i am still getting the old speed of 2mbps.And when i went to my exchange the JTO there told me that there is no plan in bsnl in which speed is increased to 4mbps
and when i told him about the plan detail in site then je told me to wait for 15 days and m speed will automatically increase
but after waiting for 15 days i am still getting 2mbps speedwhat should i do now .Is there any possibility that this plan is not launched in ncr region or perhaps i have to change to the new plan i am confused now please help me

Post the " orders " page of your portal after blackening the personal details. I think the " 15 days " solution was to avoid you.

There are a lot of users facing the same problem. The connections have a speed cap of 2 Mbps which was the maximum speed before. So they need to lift the cap. Check with the SDE of your exchange and explain the situation. Call customer care and ask for his number.

Give a complaint here. Members report of prompt action

If nothing works, a written complaint with receipt to the Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no on the backside of your bill. Call them and seek assistance.

@ravipawar1, Talki to Your SDE and tell him about your speed cap..It took me 2 weeks to get the speed cap lifted

Thanks to meetdilip, I've now been able to get 4 Mbps download speed. I get a maximum DL Speed of 432 KiloBytes/sec although the ideal case is 512 KiloBytes/sec.
But, the upload speed sucks..Max 50 KB/S.Any idea why?

Ask him to give it in writing.

A written complaint with receipt to the Nodal officer and /or Appellate authority may help. ID and phone no. on the backside of your phone bill. Once you give a written complaint to any of these authorities, they are obliged to give you a written reply (positive or negative). The complaint to link may be delayed due to week end. Wait for a week and check.

In the mean time, you can take a print out of the tariff page and show it to the SDE. May be he will reconsider his decision.

    @ ccc91

    Kind words, thank you
