Dear Sir,
My Land line And Broadband Is Out of Sevice Since One Month.
This is an ongoing Out of Service of activity happening every 6 Months Gap .
I suspect this is because still our Line is not Undergrounded.
I already registered compliant Twice Via BSNL Online portal beofe 25 days.
Actually my father is in bed rest and i am living abroad,so nobody to go and comapliant each time....
Also i make a Request to upgrade to BB Plan to UL too.
My Area:KERALA,SSA-VARKALA,District:TRIVANDRUM ,Local Exchange:KAVALAYOOR
Kindly request too take neccessary action in this regard.

Try talking to the SDE of your exchange. Call customer care and ask for his number. Explain the situation and seek help.
If nothing works, try contacting Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill. Call them and seek help. Also you need not pay broadband rent if the connection is not active for 10 days or above in a row.

I normally suggest a written complaint. But the OP has mentioned that his father's health is not in good state. So travelling to post office and trying to send a mail with acknowledgement etc will be tedious for him. Hence I suggested calling Nodal officer on phone. If still no improvement, they will have to find someone to make the follow ups.

Which number did you tried ? Try talking to the SDE of your exchange. Call customer care and ask for his number. Normally they are in charge of stable line condition. So most probably they will attend the issue. If you can find anyone to go and meet him personally or handle it will give better results. Try talking to the SDE and update. Also use the links mentioned. You have to do trial and error with BSNL to get results.
