This is I hate about BSNL most.. Their customer care.. Guy on calls talks in such a tone like he just came from his mumma's funeral.
Alright, here is my problem...
I paid BSNL bill annually in advance before 1 year on 27th March '10. I chose my internet connection plan Home - 500 Combo Plus. Which had 2.5 GB/month internet usage in day time. and 50 free calls allocated along with my plan. I paid 6617/- Rs. This plan would have cost me 600/- + Service Tax per month.
Recently, I went to BSNL office again to repay annual bill in advance. There was a Tariff presenting broacher on the notice board of BSNL office. I took a quick look at it. and was amazed cause plans were changed dramatically and got little bit cheap too. The plan which I had, had gotten a new name BBG FN Combo 600. It had 250 Free calls instead of old 50. I talked to present BSNL officer there in the office. Obviously they treated me like the first sentence I said.
I visited their site so many times and it's the most cryptic site I ever visited in my life. So, would anyone bother to tell me how can I know which plan is active and what the features of it?
