    Default How can I know my total allocated free calls?

    This is I hate about BSNL most.. Their customer care.. Guy on calls talks in such a tone like he just came from his mumma's funeral.

    Alright, here is my problem...
    I paid BSNL bill annually in advance before 1 year on 27th March '10. I chose my internet connection plan Home - 500 Combo Plus. Which had 2.5 GB/month internet usage in day time. and 50 free calls allocated along with my plan. I paid 6617/- Rs. This plan would have cost me 600/- + Service Tax per month.

    Recently, I went to BSNL office again to repay annual bill in advance. There was a Tariff presenting broacher on the notice board of BSNL office. I took a quick look at it. and was amazed cause plans were changed dramatically and got little bit cheap too. The plan which I had, had gotten a new name BBG FN Combo 600. It had 250 Free calls instead of old 50. I talked to present BSNL officer there in the office. Obviously they treated me like the first sentence I said.

    I visited their site so many times and it's the most cryptic site I ever visited in my life. So, would anyone bother to tell me how can I know which plan is active and what the features of it?

    First of all, thanks for replying.

    Can we find which broadband plan is assigned to us and see features of that plan?

    1. Log into data.bsnl.in using your portal ID and password. Portal ID is a 14 digit no. you get from exchange and password is usually password. If you do not have portal ID, call your local exchange, they keep it in their records. Just 2 minute business to get them.

    2. In the landing page, you will find an option called " Postpaid orders ". Select it, enter the phone no. in the prescribed format (no need to enter service user ID), hit " search orders ". In the landing page, you will find which plan you are using along with different orders processed for your account.

    2. Enter ID and password as admin.

    I have nothing like 'Postpaid orders' in the landing page....



    Where do I go?
