Thread: Will they charge me for the heavy download?

I've the combo 600 plan of BSNL and my monthly download limit is 2.5 GB. 2 am to 8 am is 'night unlimited download' time for me and so far I've downloaded 55 GB for the month of March. Out of this, more than 53 GB I downloaded during the night unlimited download time (2 am to 8 am). The 'usage details' shows 'chargeable units (GB) excluding night unlimited' as 1.90 GB only. As my total download being heavy, will they charge me more? Could you please share your valuable comments?

If your Chargeable Units under usage is steady ( keep regularly checking that) then there is no way that they can charge you extra for whatever usage.

Also keep in mind that the premium they charge for GB is not because of higher costs since international costs are about 3 cents per GB but to keep their network at less usage. Even if you download 200 GB, BSNL still makes a profit upfront.

Chargeable units (GB) excluding night unlimited is the only thing you need to worry about. It doesn't matter how much GB you download during NU period. If " chargeable units (GB) excluding night unlimited " shows your usage is 1.90 GB, then you are quite within the limit and can use 0.6 GB day time and infinite during NU period.
