Default Help needed regarding change of plan to UL plan

    Hello All,

I have Home 500C+ plan (now I guess it has been changed to BBG FN Combo 600) right now, and I often exceed bandwidth and end up paying more than 500 Rs! So I have decided to change my broadband plan and go for an unlimited plan.

I need your help regarding the following:

I have Type 2 modem and often use internet from my desktop as well as laptop (WiFi). So If I go for 512 Kbps plan now, will it be too slow on my laptop over the WiFi? I've been using 500C+ plan all these days(speed upto 2 Mbps) so will I find it too slow if I change to 512 Kbps plan?

I don't download too much but my average B/w usage from the past few months is around 4.5 GB to 5 GB.
G FN Combo 599 (512 Kbps, 4 GB + night unlimited), BB Home UL 750(512 Kbps, Unlimited) and BB Home Combo ULD 900(4Mbps upto 8 GB) are the plans I'm considering now. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

I am using UL 750. It will certainly take some time get adjusted to 512 Kbps after using a 2 Mbps connection. I am quite happy with UL 750, I browse a lot during non NU slot. Also I want to be safe from billing issues. Seeding is also a reason for me to stick to this plan.

But if your usage is just 5 - 6 GB, try ULD combo 900. UL 750 and UL 750 combo are good for those download a good 20 -30 GB or above.

@meetdilip Thanks a lot for your suggestion, I'll decide between 750 and 900.

    Always Welcome

If interested, you can also try BSNL 3G. You can find better speed and bandwidth for Rs. 900. This may help

As suggested you may try 3G.
You may also find the most suitable plan through here - BB Plan Selector.

No problem. Just mentioned as an option since you were interested in higher speed.
