Thread: Can i use my existing sancharnet mail account with dataone?

i have been using the mail address comes with the sancharnet connection(arunkumarnk (at)bsnl(dot)in) now i have dataone.they are also providing a mail at bsnl(dot)in domain. now i am paying for the sancharnet connection to use my mail account.
is there any way that i can transfer my email id from sancharnet to dataone so that i can use my old email id without paying sancharnet.

But your emailId will be lost after some time.

If you have stored your messages in BSNL mail application, transfer them.

the email ID is different. get it from your exchange.
usually arun _1234 last 4 numbers of your phone. PW password.

log in same website.

that is the problem. i cannot loose that email id.

Ok. Just try to log in with sancharnet Id PW in broadband connection.
If you get error message please give feedback.
Your request is very rare :
make a suggestion/request to BSNL.

As a special case you may get old sancharnet email ID.
Give some convincing reasons.
