BSNL Bill issue after plan change Hi,
I applied for BB plan change on last week of Jan and the same got provisioned and active from 1st Feb, 2011.
Now in the bill of 31st Jan to 28th Feb, 2011 (after my new plan got active), in the bill, I am seeing a charge of Rs 750 under BB Security deposit.

Give correct name ( nomenclature) as seen in your
usage portal "My Orders" page.
2. If you had made any security deposit for previous plan, ( One months BB rent )this amount Rs 750/=
can be credited in next bill.

I am not sure if i had made any security deposit - i took B Phone + BB combo connection on 2009.
See the orders attached.
While changing to a plan which costs Rs. 500 or above, you need to pay one month rent as advance. Since you have already paid Rs. 600 as advance, for ULD 1350 , 1350-600 = R.s 750 is charged as advance.
