Not sure about Gurgaon, there any many ULD 1350 users here. Some of them had problem with not getting 4 Mbps. As advised, they got in touch with the SDE of the exchange to get 4 Mbps and it worked. Other than that, there are no negative reports from user. You can wait for further comments.
