Unhappy Trouble connecting laptops to NETGEAR DGN1000

I recently got a new NETGEAR DGN1000 modem + wireless router. I've managed to set it up properly. However, using a laptop (running Vista Home Basic), I'm not able to connect to it. I am using WPA2-PSK for security and can use my iPod Touch without any problem. Where do I start debugging?

    Here's my ipconfig /all.

Remove encryption and try to connect. Sometimes, removing and re enabling encryption will work. If no result,

    1. Configure your modem in PPPoE mode.

    2. Enable DHCP in your modem.

    3. In the TCP/IP properties of your machines (both desktop/laptop), set " Obtain IP address automatically ".

Points 1 - 3 are already configured! Removing and re-enabling security did not work!

Tried connecting while there is no encryption ?

Can you see the SSID in your laptop ? What is the signal strength ?
