    Question BSNL plan changed from UDAAN (help needed)

    Hi,

    I've applied for plan change online from broadband plan selector on 29th March, and today (1st April) it is showing the lead status as COMPLETED. But my plan has not changed in the portal. I've applied for 850 ULD plan but my data usage is still being counted.

    Is there anything I can do. Seniors please suggest.

    check MY orders in your usage portal. effective date.

    Data usage is read for all but last column for each date/ entry will show 0 if u/l plan.
    Mention your old tariff plan.

    i check account usage from dataone.in here's the screenshot the usage is getting counted. please check

    My old plan was BBG COMBO 850
    I applied for BBG COMBO ULD 850

    If unlimited plan, you will get data usage counted as zero. Wait till that. You can make a call to the exchange and ask the status from someone in the tech department (no customer care please).

    sorry for asking this here...

    i am still unable to figure out, how to change my plan via UDAAN i have tried a handful of times, but donno where the option is...
