Thread: Bsnl Include Night Usage in the 500 combo Plan

I am in a trouble.I don't know ,what kind of Peoples they all are(bsnl).In 1st Bill ,They include all charges two times(first at the time of booking).and then again in Bill.I went to account officer ,But due to lazyness behaviour of him,he told me simply that all things are correct and simply pay Bill.Then ,I contact Bsnl chhattisgarh raipur sdo,after that he heared My complaint and resolve it.

Now,Again,another Problem In 2nd Billing,They include the night usage and bill comes 5230 rs.Tell me ,what should i do?i went to AO again,again same storie(lazy and rude Behaviour) and sdo now not recieving call.shall i go to consumer Forum?

Also one of the Bsnl low Graded officer told that i used torrent so,its included.Is it Right?

Please help me.........Atleast ..here any who send my voice to BSNL .......

You need to restart your modem a little after 2.00 am and a little before 8.00 am so that the start and end times of night unlimited fall between 2 -8 slot. Suppose you are connected to net on 10.00 pm and then download between 2 -8 am and close the net by 8.30 am, your start and end times are 10.00 pm - 8.30 pm and you need to pay for this.

The first option you have is the accounts officer. Since he is not co operting, try a written complaint with receipt to Nodal officer and/or Appellate authority may work. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill. Call them and seek help.

I saw the usage and as you said ,the modem itself reboot (software by me) when 2.00 am and 8 a.m .(see usage ,you will find ,rarely insome cases ,where i need ,i use after 7:50 am.) and only for Browsing....

Couldn't find start and end times in the usage details. Only duration is there ? Which portal do you use to check usage details ?
