Thread: BSNL BB Not Working

I have BSNL BB 500 C Plan and using it since last three years.

My modem is Huawei SmartAX MT 880.

I am happy to use this BB.

Some times it stops working and modem do not connect to the net.

Such thing happens total 05 times in 03 years.

Modem dose not connect to the net for about 3 to 4 hours and then it gets connect automatically.

Made a complain and BSNL man comes, and do something to my PC and telephone line but results are in the vain. This does not help to go to net immediately in his presence.

My modem goes to the net when modem wants to go, my modem does not listen any body and not even BSNL person.

Thus I have stopped to make a complain whenever my modem stops to go to the net. It will go to the net with in 3 - 4 hours.

But the problem is that i have to curtain all my work of INTERNET dependent for 3 - 4 hours.

Now i recently joined to this forum and got all the solutions of my problems mentioned here and subsequently i have over come to all the previous problems.

Thus i hope that i will also gets the solution of the said problem.

I thought to put screen shot of the modem summary thus i have attached the screen shot of my modem summary when it is not going / not connecting to the net.

Please do the needful.

When connected post same summary page..
try to change mod mode to GDMT.
The little I know about Dataone Broadband Services offered by BSNL

SNR should be high and attn data low.

Check all connectors rusting/blackening/oxidization etc.
