Dear friends Bsnl is really one of the worst ISP in world i can say, there customer care don't know anything, even Bsnl peoples good for nothing they even not realize what problem is.
i changed my limited bb500 plan to ulf1350 due to heft faulty billing, now 8 days over there is not increase in speed .its still 512kbps ,i tried 100times to customer care ,even i visited exchange no response i got.even i had very heated argument with them. it very pathetic condition even we pay our money than too they are not providing service.we are asking for value for our money.
now they told we will tell our senior official to increase in speed.i dont know what to do.kindly suggest me ?but bsnl is pathetic

It is a common problem with ULD 1350. They have set a speed cap at exchange for maximum speed as 2 Mbps (which was the maximum earlier) therefore you are not getting 4 Mbps. Call customer care, ask for the SDE's no. and talk with him. Request him to remove the cap.

this is really crap.today i got call from bsnl ,they told me that the speed is going to upgrade in from next month may3 as it is applicable to new user only.old user will get 512kbps speed only.
is it true or some kind of joke they told me before taking plan that i will get 4 mbps speed i checked with local customer care and 1500 too.but now i tried 10 days i got reply like this totally disgusting .thinking to drag them to consumer court this is totally cheating and rubbish. before opting this its their duty to inform me about this see who is in loss me.loss money double which is available in 750 plan.please suggest what to do

They are bluffing. If you are within the FUP limit, you get 4 Mbps. Another member (from a different forum) reported today that his speed is 4 Mbps after his desperate efforts with BSNL.

    Hope you talked to SDE.

Write to Nodal officer and /or appellate authority with receipt. ID and phone no on the backside of the bill. Call them and seek help.

If u are within FUP, you should be getting 4mbps. As full 4mbps is not possible u should at least get more than 2.5mbps...

You make a online complaint and the link is said above by kaura... Or here it is again..

Or register with BSNL selfcare portal and complain through that. Here's the link

    CRM
They'll call u in a day to know whether your problem rectified or not. If not rectified, say 'NO'. They'll call u again...
