    Default Please help...No Internet

    I am using Beetel 110TC1 (PPPOE mode)

    - Internet not working (yellow exclamation mark)
    - Phone is working fine....but data light not coming....
    - Already tried: Disconnect all wires....wait for 1 min....connect again
    - When on bridge mode: Error 651
    - Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

    Confirm Internet was working earlier with this modem Beetel110TCI.
    For BSNL VPI/VCI 0 and 35.
    Try in "AlwaysOn" mode (userId/PW entered/stored in modem.
    Feedback.

    Same problem here. Modem suspected faulty. Data light off.
    Connection status:ADSl line down.
    ( Tried Firmware update. Message wrong file).
    Tried with a with a different modem. Internet OK.
    3.
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit error 651.
    A file may have to be downgraded used in VISTA

    - I last used net around 7pm yesterday....working fine
    - VPI/VCI already 0 & 35
    - Already on "Always on" mode

    I have other modem beetel 220bx...
    In that modem...all light coming....but still no Internet

    This data from which modem ? 110TCI or Beetel220BX.
    seems from 220BX confirm.

    LATER : wait :
    Please see my signature link and check whether a
    Firmware update can be tried at your own risk!

    After getting the menu pages
    type 192.168.1.1/look.html
    (ignore the fonts) you will get BOth the FW and SW versions.

    Post ipconfig /all Lan ONLY.

    What error message ( for Beetel 220BX) from computer ?

    still using USB PORT ?

    - No error message (on PPPOE mode)-220bx
    - Using Ethernet port on 220bx
    - In wan page: Checked: NAT, Enable IGMP Multicast, Enable Wan service

    i suggest you contact bsnl office & tell them your problem.may be you are not getting signal from the bsnl control room.

    Try Always On" mode. Enter userid/pw in modem wan page.
    In WAN page uncheck "bridged" box"
    Select PPPoE. ( Dialer in computer not used . Modem connects automatically )
    data is seen for snr/attn etc . modem seems Ok Beetel 220BX.
    Check Diagnostics page.
    Check WA3002-g4 quick reference for screen shots for Beetel 220Bx settings.

    - Not working in PPPOE Mode...
    - Right now...connected using phone
    - I just called my friend...his internet working (we are on same line)

    In Network settings Properties
    check ethernet card. ( top box ) configure.
    Check card enabled or not.

    Not working in PPPOE Mode...
    Backup present settings of modem Beetel 220BX from Management menu.
    RESET to factory settings.
    try again "Always On" PPPoE mode.
    In DNS page enter 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220
    Recheck Statistics ADSl data. Any change ?

    Para two:
    Same setup here now. 110BX laptop windows 7 pro. disconnected wifi "KK"

    Before resetting





    I am connected using mobile on pc....hope it's not creating problem for connecting via beetel 220 bx ??

    After resetting the modem:
    1) Done with WAN setting...
    2) Added DNS as 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220

    Then....

    Test your Ethernet Connection:PASS
    Test your USB Connection: DOWN

    Test the connection to your DSL service provider
    Test ADSL Synchronization:PASS
    Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: PASS
    Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping:PASS

    Test the connection to your Internet service provider
    Test PPP server connection: FAIL
    Test authentication with ISP: PASS
    Test the assigned IP address: FAIL
    Ping default gateway: FAIL
    Ping primary Domain Name Server: FAIL

    .see PM and check my modem settings.ip address given admin admin

    I have posted windows 7 diagnostics page for computer side.
    Modem side Diagnostics page helps.
    Test modem elsewhere. ( working connection )
    check connection only with adsl modem.
    Re connect phone later.

    In WAN pages any MTU box ? 1492 default value.

    NO . Not possible. you have to connect to Internet with the same Modem !!!!!

    WE can access your system with TEAMviewer, provided you are connected to Internet and the "DUD" modem is also connected.
    In WAN pages any MTU box ? 1492 default value.
    Disable IGMP broadcast.

    Yes. as per your feedback
    check Statistics ADSl page and Diagnostics page.
    Disconnect Rj11 cable from adsl splitter going to modem.
    Check ADSl data again. Diagnostics page again.

    Test modem/s in your friends location.?

    Did you access ONLINE my modem menu pages?
    another 10 minutes allowed.

    Going to my friend's place to check modem...

    110TC1 working fine but 220bx not working...

    After disconnecting cable from splitter.....

    Test the connection to your local network
    Test your Ethernet Connection: PASS
    Test your USB Connection: DOWN

    Update : same here . yesterday 110TCI was dead. ( for testing from friend)
    Tried again this morning. password/use id error messages.

    In PVC2 entered 0 and 35 bsnlId PW success!
    . Data light which never lighted : started!

    Confirm you are getting connected to Internet at
    YOUR location with Beetel110 TCI.

    Take screen shots of Beetel220BXI modem pages ( readable JPg pictures)
    Post as annexure/attachments here.
